Transform Your Life

Wouldn’t it be nice if we were able focus on one thing to transform our life? Well we can.

I recently ran across this prayer card that I share with you today:

In seeking the secret of sanctity and happiness, go into the sacred chamber of your heart every day for five minutes. Enter into yourself. Silence all the distractions of your senses and close your ears to all the noises of the world. Then, in the sanctity of your baptized soul where the Holy Spirit indwells, speak to that Divine Spirit, saying:

Oh, Holy Spirit, beloved of my soul, I adore You. Enlighten me, guide me, strengthen me, console me. Reveal to me what I should do. I promise to submit myself to all that You desire of me and to accept all that You permit to happen to me. Let me only know Your will.

If this prayer harmonizes with your life’s breath, your life will flow serenely and you will experience peace and consolation even in the midst of trials. Grace will be proportioned to the trial, giving you the strength to carry it. The Love of the Holy Spirit will envelop you, leading you through the darkness toward the Kingdom of God, where all tears will be wiped away. This submission to the Holy Spirit is the secret of sanctity.
