God saw all that He had made, and it was very good. Genesis 1:31

Need a guide to help inspire you to live in God’s infinite goodness?

Are you living your best life?

It is easy to be distracted by the tugs and the demands of the world, leaving us feeling anxious, exhausted, and unfulfilled. But this isn’t how God designed us to be. We are called to live in peace, joy and love. With open hearts that constantly see the goodness that surrounds us. Are you bold enough to be who you were meant to be?

Often we don’t slow down long enough to think about what’s important like what is our “Why” of what it means to love. Many of us were not taught how to live a good life. We have wandered our way finding many dead ends to true fulfillment and happiness. But the good news is, we can learn good living. One of the best ways to make progress and have success towards a goal is to work with a coach. It is a simple process to orient your heart and become smitten with goodness but with every good thing, it takes time and intention. That is where I come in. Together, we can craft a plan and the necessary steps that will help you get more of the good life you want.

If you are ready to make a shift, to start making space for more goodness in your life, I am ready to walk along side you. You can find more about me here and contact me for a time for us to visit below.

Coaching Philosophy

Belief #1

By learning to be, versus doing, we broaden our perspective, lift the veil of self, and create the environment to tap into the divine within us. We learn to be still and know God and create the space to feel His presence in our day to day life. We discover the truth that we are all of one creation.

Belief #2

By understanding the truth about who we are, why we were created, and our mission during this life on earth, we find meaning and purpose. We stand firm in our deepest identity in the image and likeness of God. Living as beloved sons and daughters, not stuck in our brokenness. We live in truth.

Belief #3

To love is to live in service. It gets us outside ourselves and participate in the divine flow of life. Our lives can bring the message of hope to others. We give away the gifts we have been given to others, participating in grace. We are created for a unique purpose and bring that to our world.

For years I’ve been a writer working for numerous magazines or organizations. I had a burning desire though to write stories and poems straight from my heart to encourage others. And while I had done that for years on an individual level, Cynthia helped me find the boldness and courage to step out in faith, to no longer live in fear, and to live an authentic life. Now I’m touching lives on a broader scale, sharing God’s goodness through my blog and more.

Let’s be smitten with goodness together.
