“Non io ma Dio” is an Italian phrase that translates to “Not me, but God” in English. It is attributed to Blessed Carlo Acutis, a young man who dedicated his life to God. This is pure humility, knowing our place and God’s place. This position opens our hearts to trust God in everything.
Jesus knew his identity, fully human and fully divine. You and I are born in God’s image, by this we have inherent dignity. We are unique and original not made to be carbon copies. Let’s remember and not doubt.
Dear God, Claim me as Your own. When I lose my way, remind me that I am Yours. When I’m plagued with doubt, fill me with Your love. Amen

I love this attribution to Carlo Acutis
