There is Something About Mary Series – The Incredible Dream

Day Twenty Four: Ponder, Pray, Reflect, Act

Ponder:  Do you think about God’s incredible dream for you?

The Glorious Mysteries.  The Glorious Mysteries of the rosary are one of the four themed categories of the rosary are where we see the beautiful glory of God and the incredible dream God has for each of us.  Traditionally prayed on Wednesdays and Sundays, these mysteries are the final of the three traditional sets of events in the life of Christ and His Blessed Mother.

After the Resurrection of Jesus, He ascended into Heaven where He now sits at the right hand of God the Father. He sent the Holy Spirit to strengthen humankind and He took His Mother, body and soul up to Heaven and crowned her as queen of heaven and earth.

Pray: The Glorious Mysteries

They all joined together constantly in prayer with…Mary the mother of Jesus.

Acts 1:14

Lord, when I meditate on these mysteries, I find you life’s greatest happiness, through Mary and the triumphs you share.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen

Reflect:   Your resurrection is the foundation of my Christian belief.  I am overjoyed to know that you are our victory. I am exhilarated to know that you are God.  You rose from the dead and destroyed death, making me an heir to Heaven. These events of the glorious mysteries keep my faith strong and alive.

Act: Today, I will have an eternal perspective and have hope.

Inspire with your life. Words convince the mind, but actions change the heart.
