As we praise God for giving us life, for the wonder and beauty of our world, and for all the many blessings we enjoy, we open ourselves up to praise God for all the wonders of creation. This form of prayer encourages bodily expression, such as standing with arms raised or dancing.

Our fear of the Lord, living in awe of God’s glory and goodness, allows us to live in a different way.  By our baptism, we become new, bound to Christ and all the promises He offers us.  

One of the greatest acts of charity is to allow the divine in you to connect with the divine in others.  How do we do this?  I believe the first step is to be committed to a life of holiness. 

We have to learn to look at our daily lives, at everything that crosses our path each day, with the eyes of God. This is how we seek God’s goodness. When we walk in surrender and humility, giving it all to God.

Mother Teresa has told us, “Accept the gifts of God, and be deeply grateful. If he has given you, great wealth, make use of it, try to share it with others, with those who don’t have anything. Always share with others.” Let’s remember these words in our heart as we pray.

We love to be in sync with others in our daily plans and projects. It makes life easier, and it settles our hearts. The same as true for being in sync with God. When we work together with God, when his will for us is our greatest desire, we can live in harmony and peace, love and happiness.
