God, Your breath created me and all of creation. A breath that continues to this very day, bringing healing and hope to this moment. A breath that is woven into future generations. A Breath that is shared by ALL.
Allow me to discover what motives are in my heart, the ones that I breathe into the world. Draw me always towards love, healing, and compassion.
Today I will spend time evaluating my motives, are they pure and just towards myself and others?
Thank you, God, for the breath of life and helping me see the light within showing me the way towards self-compassion.
