
Do you ever notice your violent thoughts and tendencies? We all have them and I know I’ve had a hard time accepting I have them.
Whether it’s something simple like someone didn’t do what I wanted, or someone cuts me off in traffic or more complex like a failed relationship, do I respond with thoughts of ill will or with grace?
The language of life brings grace into the equation rather than reacting.
I’m able to distance myself from the emotions for a bit in order to de-escalate a conversation, lead with compassion, and allow the divine in me to see the divine in you.
