This moment is an invitation to take notice. To slow down and be aware of what’s written on your heart. We become a product of what we consume. What we see and hear creates the scaffolding of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It’s important to take some time to check in with ourselves to see what’s on our heart.
The things we see, hear, do, and pray become etched into our soul. Do I rejoice in God’s glory or stay mired in my own limited ways? With help I can see a world full of hope. One where all of God’s people actually give God, everyone, and everything what is due. Deep down, this is the greatness written on all of our hearts.
My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord; my spirit rejoices in God my savior.
