Awakening to Goodness
We often enter Lent with plans and promises, but renewal begins with receiving.
Many churches are simplifying their calendars this year, choosing presence over productivity—a reminder that God meets us in openness, not accomplishment. When we allow ourselves to be loved first, our actions flow from a freer, more spacious place. Lent becomes less about proving something and more about letting God shape our desires.
“From his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.” (John 1:16).
