It happens. Somebody speaks to me in a cutting tone.
So I want to cut right back. That’s the way life is.
But who says it has to be this way?
Jesus offers us some different options, like … turning the other cheek, forgiving 70 times seven times, loving our enemies.
What Jesus gives us is a different way of life. The trick is to bring this uncommon behavior into the common stuff of life.
