Intercessory Prayer for Faith
Faithful God, I intercede for those who need faith and trust in their lives. I pray that You would increase their faith and help them to trust in You and Your promises.
Lord, be their faith and their assurance, their confidence and their conviction. May they believe in You and Your Son Jesus Christ, whom You have sent. May they walk by faith and not by sight, living by the power of Your Spirit and Your Word. May they have faith that can move mountains and please You. May they be faithful to You and to Your calling, until the day of Your appearing. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
This prayer is based on Mark 9:24, which records the cry of a father who brought his son to Jesus for healing: “I believe; help my unbelief!”
