What do you do in the free moments of your day?
We all have free moments throughout our day but do you use yours wisely?
These small moments can be an opportunity to draw closer to God but are you taking advantage of them? Do you seek God or aimlessly scroll through social media or online shop? Do you go to Jesus to feed the emptiness inside you or do you go to the refrigerator? We all have a default behavior when we want to take a break or check out to recharge. Making the better choice can make the moments of our life sacred which can be like the soaking rain that quenches a dry soul.
Prayer is the duty of every moment throughout our day.
We ought always to pray, said our Lord. And what He said, He did and that was His great power, action accompanied words and corresponded with them. We must pray always in order to be on our guard. Our life, both body and soul, our natural and supernatural life, is like a fragile flower, delicate and sacred.
Thank you, Lord, for drawing me towards consultation with You throughout my day.
