The other morning during my coffee time with God, I had a vision of Jesus drawing me close in a tender hug. It was a very satisfying and peaceful feeling to surrender and give up the struggle of doing things on my own.
As I contemplate imaginatively, I realize that the divine is always drawing me. This mystical and life-giving force is where I can draw energy to sustain me for my daily journey. I’ve never felt such a hug as this.
The Lord is perfect, and revives the soul.
Thank you, Lord, for drawing us into Your act of total self-giving so that we might give of ourselves in service to others.
