We all need a little patience. I’m learning that impatience is a key indicator that shows me that something within needs attention. Something is brewing in my heart.
Learning how I deceive myself into thinking everything is fine, impatience gifts me with the opportunity to slow down and look within. Behind the impatience is usually a feeling of frustration, a sign of anger. By getting in touch with what I am feeling, I acknowledge and honor it and allow the space for the peace of Christ to live within my heart.
