Our fear of the Lord, living in awe of God’s glory and goodness, allows us to live in a different way. By our baptism, we become new, bound to Christ and all the promises He offers us.
“Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold the new has come.” 2 Corinthians 5:17
But how often do we actually live in the fullness of this new creation and live a life of love?
Lord, Through you, I am a new creation. I am reset, restored, revived, refreshed, remade. Constantly, you are pouring your live-giving love into me. Allow me to wake-up and accept this grace each day. Allow me to know in my heart that I am a new creation, through You. I will rejoice and be glad to do Your will, not mine, today.
